Intimidation

Okay, everyone. Let's put on our thinking caps for a minute and see if we can remember something.

Does anyone remember any theaters cancelling screenings of Michael Moore's F911 movie when it premiered? Does anyone remember any open acts of intimidation by anyone other than those by supporters of the film against those who made the mistake of wearing a Bush/Cheney button, or who stood in the parking lot in protest? I sure do remember some anti-F911 folks taking a punch, but I sure don't remember reading about any form of violence directed toward the persons supporting and viewing the film, do you?

Seems Free Speech only extends in that direction, though. The entire screening of Stolen Honor was cancelled because of threats against the theater owner? Seriously? What sane person would try to deny a conservative their first amendment rights?

Well, I think we have our answer, don't we?

Actually this is very similar to the response and results regarding the CBS Docu-Drama on Ronald Reagan. Except then it was the right complaining about the broadcast and the left decrying the assault on freedom of speech.

Yes, and it will only get worse if the U.N. president gets elected.
