It's funny you should mention 'ole Vladdie boy...in Western Europe and lore, we've always been taught that Vlad was an evil, murderous brute...which, he probably was. But to Eastern Europeans, he represents faith and heroism in the face of Islamic onslaught. Vlad dealt with the invading mooselims on their level...and he ends up the bad guy...go figure....:)
