"Just Damn." -Dax Montana
In the eternal words of the great and wonderous Dax Montana, yesterday was a great big "Just Damn."
To begin with, MuNu had what appeared to be a big, freaking DNS problem, and I couldn't read any of my Munuvian brothers and sisters, nor could I post anything. Here I sat, a full of brilliance and esoteric gobbledeegook and no way to post.
Then, about an hour later, after logging off and napping for a bit, I hear this bellow like a wounded animal from the computer desk. "Aaaarrrrhhh! %@#!!" Seems the phoneline was dead, both voice and DSL. Tempers flared. Accusations flew. The car was packed and off we flew to the Parental Units' home to call SBC to find out what had happened.
A repair was requested, and we were told it might be 3pm Friday before we get service back again. Well, they beat that time by about an hour.
*sigh* At least now I can post. Sadly, though, all that brilliance is gone. Must have been that last trip to the bathroom.
So to quote the Mighty Dax, "Just damn."
Wondered why I couldn't access your site, now I know why.
